Christmas Eve Fun

It's a very special day. We had lots of company and Daddy cooked and cooked and cooked and we ate and ate and ate. Then we got to decorate the tree and open presents. Can it get any better than this?

We're Two Now

We want to thank both sets of Grandparents plus all the other relatives who came to our party. We had one last year, but who knew you got one every year. And we get twice the presents because there are two of us. Twice the fun, twice the mess.

Learning to Hold Hands

Our big sister is trying to get us to learn things--can you imagine that? The latest thing she's been trying to do it teach us how to hold hands, as in hold HER hand. She says we're not natural learners for this sort of thing. Can you imagine that? We're the picture of cooperation, don't you think?

Of course it wasn't always this way. I mean right after this wonderful picture was taken, who knew someone, some sneaky someone, would get another picture. Yeah, our sister says the second picture says it all.



Well, one of us cooperated.

The Shoe Game

Grandma has been visiting us lots lately--she says it is summer and she doesn't have to work. We wonder what that has to do with visiting us, but we can't quite figure out how to ask. Anyway, we invented a new game to play while she watches us. It's called The Shoe Game. It can be played with lots of different shoes, but we like the ones our sister has outgrown the best. We each bring a shoe to Grandma and she puts it on the correct foot. Then we hobble around for awhile and when it falls off, we just take it back to Grandma and have her put it on us all over again. It is so much fun we could just play and play for hours.

We're also mastering the art of drinking out of straws. Can you look at our pictures and figure out who has mastered it and who hasn't? I'll bet you can.

Our First Playdate

We had our first playdate with Bennett aka strawberry boy. He's only a few months older than us, but he sure is tall. He liked playing with our toys; luckily we have plenty to share. He's a very good dancer. We'll have to learn to work better just to keep up with him.

Ain't We Sweet--All Decked Out in Pink

Hi, everyone! Sorry we've been too busy to write much. We've been putting all of our extra energy into two things--cutting lots of teeth and crawling as fast as a fast wind. Crawling is easier than cutting, though. After you're done cutting, eating is easier. Anyway, here we are all decked out in our pink cherry outfits. They are BRIGHT!

We're lucky cuz Grandma Terry is visiting us right now. She's fun to be with. We're celebrating Daddy's birthday tomorrow, but I don't know if we get to go. Last year we had to stay home, but maybe they'll let us out!
